GSP 3-4-5 Dissolver units

The GSP Dissolver and Atomized Recovery Unit is designed for the rapid dispersion of powders in water, ensuring an efficient and lump-free process. Originally developed for the ceramics industry, it is also used in the steel, food, and wine industries, as well as any industrial applications requiring fast dissolution of powders into liquids.

Technology and Operation

Thanks to the rubber-coated vertical centrifugal pump, the system ensures a continuous recirculation, homogenizing the product and preventing lump formation. The entire process is automated through a PLC and an electronic weighing system, which precisely control the dosing of powders and liquids, as well as the washing cycles.

Materials and Construction

  • Tank, crossbeam, and load cells: made of AISI 304 stainless steel (other materials available upon request).
  • Structural parts: made of treated Fe 52 steel for enhanced durability.
  • Pump body: made of cast iron with interchangeable anti-wear rubber linings.
  • Impellers: made of special alloys or coated with rubber for greater wear resistance.
  • Internal linings: available in different types to suit various operating conditions.

Performance and Operating Temperatures

  • Silicone lining: from -10°C to +110°C
  • Nitrile lining: from -10°C to +90°C
  • Natural rubber lining: from -10°C to +60°C
  • Suspended solids passage: varies based on the pump size used
