The GSP T Dissolver and Atomized Recovery Unit with belt transmission is designed for fast and efficient dispersion of powders into water, ensuring a smooth and homogeneous process. In addition to its use in the ceramic industry, it is widely applied in the steel, food, and wine industries, as well as other sectors requiring rapid dissolution of powders in liquids.

Technology and Operation

Equipped with a rubber-coated vertical centrifugal pump, the system guarantees continuous recirculation, eliminating lumps and ensuring uniform mixing. The entire process is fully automated through a PLC and an electronic weighing system, which precisely control powder and liquid dosing and manage washing cycles.

Materials and Construction

• Tank, crossbeam, and load cells: made of AISI 304 stainless steel (other materials available upon request).
• Structural components: manufactured in treated Fe 52 steel for enhanced durability.
• Pump body: made of cast iron with interchangeable internal anti-wear rubber linings.
• Impellers: crafted from special alloys or rubber-coated for increased longevity.

Performance and Operating Temperatures

• Silicone lining: from -10°C to +110°C
• Nitrile lining: from -10°C to +90°C
• Natural rubber lining: from -10°C to +60°C
• Suspended solids passage: varies depending on pump size
