Italvibras ITV-VR series variable high-frequency electric vibrators with fixed or cradle mount, suitable for application in plants and machines in the prefabrication sector or in systems requiring high vibration frequencies.
The ITV-VR series vibrators can deliver up to 5300 Kgf (52 kN) of centrifugal force at variable frequencies from 0 to 6,000 rpm.
They are available with both fixed and cradle mounts (RS types).

• Power Supply: Three-phase voltage from 24V to 690V at various frequencies depending on the type and series. Italvibras can provide VIBRAVAR inverters and different types of variable frequency power supplies (CFV, MULTIVAR).
• Operation: Continuous duty (S1) at maximum centrifugal force and declared electrical power.
• Centrifugal Force: Extended range up to 5300 Kgf (52 kN).
• Insulation Class: Class F (155°C).
