The MTF flanged electric vibrator series by Italvibras, consisting of vertical vibrators with a side flange and a protective cover for the masses fixed on the side opposite the flange, adopts innovative technical solutions that enhance its performance and reliability.
Particularly suitable for circular vibrating screens and small to medium-sized tumblers, these electric vibrators are equipped with lamellar or clamp weights, which are particularly easy to adjust.
The MTF flanged vibrator series complies with the latest international IEC and EN standards for use in potentially explosive dust atmospheres. Specifically, the MTF series can be used in zones 21 and 22.

• Power Supply: Three-phase voltage from 24V to 690V at 50Hz or 60Hz, or single-phase 100-130V at 60Hz and 200-240V at 50Hz. Power supply via PWM inverter from 20Hz to nominal frequency with constant torque setup is also possible.
• Polarity: 2 and 4 poles.
• Operation: Continuous duty (S1) at maximum declared centrifugal force and electrical power.
• Centrifugal Force: Extended range up to 2615 kgf (25.7 kN).
• Insulation Class: Class F (155°C), Class H (180°C) on request.
• Electric Motor: Asynchronous three-phase and single-phase type. Winding insulated through vacuum encapsulation up to size 30; using a “drop-by-drop” resin system with Class H resin for sizes 40-50-70.
