The MVSI series of industrial vibrators by Italvibras represents the benchmark line of vibrators for manufacturers of vibrating machinery and systems operating in various industrial sectors. It includes the widest range available on the market, with centrifugal force values up to 30,500 kgf (300 kN).
It is characterized by continuous technological evolution aimed at constantly improving performance.
The Italvibras MVSI vibrator series is designed to ensure high performance under all usage conditions and environments and complies with the latest international IEC and EN standards for use in potentially explosive dust atmospheres. Specifically, the MVSI series can be used in zones 21 and 22.

• Power Supply: Three-phase voltage from 24V to 690V at 50Hz or 60Hz, or single-phase 100-130V at 60Hz and 200-240V at 50Hz. Power supply via PWM inverter from 20Hz to nominal frequency with constant torque setup is also possible.
• Polarity: 2, 4, 6, and 8 standard poles, 10 and 12 poles available on request.
• Operation: Continuous duty (S1) at maximum declared centrifugal force and electrical power.
• Centrifugal Force: Extended range up to 30,500 kgf (300 kN).
• Insulation Class: Class F (155°C), Class H (180°C) on request.
• Electric Motor: Asynchronous three-phase and single-phase type. Winding insulated through vacuum encapsulation up to size 35; using a “drop-by-drop” resin system with Class H resin for larger sizes. The rotor is die-cast aluminum (squirrel cage type).
