The Robatech Concept Stream melter for hot melt adhesive with Melt-on-Demand technology ensures fast heating times and safe, efficient production, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and maximum reliability over time.

Tankless hot melt system designed to melt and dispense hot melt adhesive in granules. Featuring Melt-on-Demand technology, it can be used for both high and low adhesive consumption applications. An optional volume control monitors changes in adhesive consumption. With rapid heating times of just 16 minutes to reach 160°C, Robatech Concept Stream is operational in no time. This system also achieves a high melt rate of 9 kg/h or 15 kg/h with a reduced footprint.
