The Xaar Nitrox Core GS6, the fastest Xaar printhead ever, combines the best of Xaar’s technologies to deliver outstanding uniformity, productivity, and performance.

With a print frequency of up to 48 kHz* and speeds of up to 100 m/min, the Xaar Nitrox Core printhead ensures maximum speed while maintaining perfect uniformity.

TF Technology and AcuChp allow for drop-in printhead alignment and instant priming, so the printhead can be installed and working within minutes. This means that printhead replacement is fast and uptime is maximized.

High Laydown Technology enables high-build varnish for tactile and decorative effects, as well as ink and adhesive effects on ceramic tiles.

With its ability to handle a wide range of fluids up to 100 cP, you can print almost anything, including high molecular weight materials for 3D printing and advanced manufacturing.
