MEGALINEAR FC Polyurethane Timing Belt for Food Applications
MEGALINEAR FC are thermoplastic polyurethane timing belts specifically designed for the food industry. Manufactured with materials compliant with EU regulations 1935/2004 and 10/2011, and approved by NSF/ANSI/3A 14159-3 and USDA, they ensure maximum hygiene and safety in contact with both wet and dry food.
- Material: dark blue thermoset polyurethane 85 ShA
- Reinforcement: Kevlar cords (up to 50 cords per 150 mm width)
- Operating temperature: from -25°C to +80°C
- Features: chemical resistance, no risk of slippage or fraying, suitable for small diameter pulleys
- Available profiles: T5, T10; SMT, LTR, TVR, NPO, ROF, SPS, SPL, TPC05, TPC10, TCC, LAM
