The Flojet G575205A pneumatic double diaphragm pump is designed to deliver excellent performance and long-term durability. This pump combines a robust design with innovative features. Leak-resistant O-ring seals eliminate the need for gaskets, while non-clogging valves allow solids up to 3.2 mm to pass through.

The Flojet G575205A pump features a fiberglass reinforced polypropylene body, Santoprene diaphragms, Santoprene valves, EPDM seals, and Hastelloy springs, making it the ideal pneumatic pump for various industrial and commercial applications.

Self-Priming and Versatile

The Flojet G575205A pump is self-priming up to 4.5 meters in dry conditions and up to 6.1 meters once the suction pipe is filled, allowing for flexible use in different configurations. It can handle high-viscosity fluids and can be mounted up to 15 feet above the liquid level.

Hygienic Design and Safety

The Flojet G575205A pump is equipped with two Santoprene diaphragms designed for sanitary use, making it suitable for a wide variety of fluids, including potable water, acids, and alkalis. However, it’s important to avoid use with oils, solvents, and other incompatible fluids that may compromise its durability. Technical Specifications

The Flojet G575205A pump can handle pressures up to 6.9 bar and liquid temperatures ranging from 4.4°C to 48.9°C. It’s designed for quiet operation, with a maximum noise level of 87 dB.

Important Note

Do not use with gasoline or fluids with a flash point below 37°C. Continuous operation at 48.9°C may reduce the pump’s lifespan.
