The Flojet G57C212A air operated double diaphragm pump is designed to deliver excellent performance and long-term durability. This pump combines a robust design with innovative features. Leak-resistant O-ring seals eliminate the need for gaskets, while non-clogging valves allow solids up to 3.2 mm to pass through.

The Flojet G57C212A AODD pump features a fiberglass reinforced polypropylene body, Kalrez diaphragms, polypropylene valves, Viton Extreme seals, and Hastelloy springs, making it the ideal pneumatic pump for various industrial and commercial applications.

Self-Priming and Versatile

The Flojet G57C212A diaphragm pump is self-priming up to 4.5 meters in dry conditions and up to 6.1 meters once the suction pipe is filled, allowing for flexible use in different configurations. It can handle high-viscosity fluids and can be mounted up to 4.5 meters above the liquid level.

Hygienic Design and Safety

The Flojet G57C212A pump is equipped with Kalrez diaphragms, polypropylene valves, and Viton Extreme seals, making it capable of handling a wide variety of aggressive fluids such as lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, vegetable oils, alcohols, ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons, aliphatic hydrocarbons, diluted acids, alkalis, soaps with solvents, automotive brake fluid, acetones, ethanol, and inks. However, Kalrez diaphragm pumps CANNOT pump halogenated solvents as this may cause premature failure of the pump. Technical Specifications

The Flojet G57C212A pump can handle pressures up to 6.9 bar and liquid temperatures ranging from 4.4°C to 48.9°C. It’s designed for quiet operation, with a maximum noise level of 87 dB.

Important Note

Do not use with gasoline or fluids with a flash point below 37°C. Continuous operation at 48.9°C may reduce the pump’s lifespan.
