EPV-FT / EPV-FG Vertical electric pumps

The EPV-FT and EPV-FG vertical centrifugal electric pumps are specifically designed for transferring highly abrasive liquids such as:

• Ceramic slips
• Glazes
• Dirty water with suspended solids
• Sludge
• Sand and grit
• Marble cutting chips
• Wastewater from steel plants
• Acids and other corrosive liquids

The motor is standardized (UNI) and available in all current market configurations. The open-type impellers allow the passage of large suspended solids (consult our technical office for further details).

The pump bodies and impellers are coated with special anti-abrasion rubber compounds or constructed from hard materials (hardalloy).

The EPV-T pump features an indirect transmission through V-belts, allowing speed adjustment to optimize the working curve. The EPV-G pump, on the other hand, uses a direct transmission, where the guide support is coupled to the motor via a star-shaped elastic coupling.

Both pumps must be installed with the motor positioned above the liquid level being pumped.

• Impellers: Special alloys or coated with anti-wear rubber
• Seals: NBR, Viton, PTFE, Silicone, EPDM, etc.
• Operating temperature: Nitrile coating from -10°C to +90°C
• Operating temperature: Natural rubber coating from -10°C to +60°C
