Flexible and accurate bandwidth control

It consists of two independent sheets, which extend from the center to the ends, and activated using levers located in the same side (operator’s side). The displacement of each sheet is measured in mm, using 4 digit meters. An independently warmed hydraulic valve is attached to the head, with pneumatic activation. As optional item, a pneumatically activated zoom in, zoom out retractable system is provided that allows the operator to remove the substrate from the coating lip when the machine stops. Due to its design characteristics, it allows operational flexibility, making it possible to work in the center of the machine or on the paper edge, laminate over horizontal or vertical substrate, independently of the direction that the substrate advances with regards to the coating lip.
